2024 Old Bill's Fun Run Booths

Thank you for host­ing a booth in the Non­prof­it Vil­lage on Sat­ur­day, Sep­tem­ber 7th at Old Bil­l’s Fun Run at Jack­son Ele­men­tary School field. We are look­ing for­ward to a fun, fam­i­ly-friend­ly event cel­e­brat­ing all of the good work your orga­ni­za­tions do every day.

Please review the two impor­tant doc­u­ments below — Booth Host­ing Guide­lines and Booth Map. Be advised that your orga­ni­za­tion is respon­si­ble for know­ing and adher­ing to the event’s booth host­ing pro­to­cols. Fur­ther down this page, you will see a list of booth num­bers, drop-off times, and loca­tions. Your booth num­ber assign­ment and the Booth Map will be avail­able on Tues­day, Sep­tem­ber 3rd.

Booth Host­ing Guidelines

Bring every­thing need­ed for dis­play, e.g. tent, table, chairs, tent weights, signs, easels, orga­ni­za­tion­al lit­er­a­ture, etc. Please bring a small trash can and clean up around your tent post-event.

Plan for inclement weath­er! A rain fly, tent weights, paper­weights, tow­els, etc. are recommended.

Booth Loca­tions

Booths should be open to the pub­lic by 8:30am. Break­down begins at 12:00pm.

10×10’ booth spaces are assigned by the non­prof­it ser­vice area that you chose on your Old Bil­l’s appli­ca­tion: Health & Human Ser­vices, Civic, Arts & Cul­ture, Edu­ca­tion, Con­ser­va­tion & Envi­ron­ment, Ani­mals, and Sports/​Recre­ation.

Fri­day Evening Booth Drop-off

You may drop off booth mate­ri­als at Jack­son Ele­men­tary School Field on Fri­day evening, Sep­tem­ber 6 from 4:30pm – 5:30pm at Drop-Off A. Vol­un­teers will help you find your booth loca­tion. Please ensure your booth mate­ri­als will not fly away. Keep sup­plies in a tidy weath­er­proof pile at your booth loca­tion in the field.

Booth mate­ri­als drop-off loca­tion is based on booth num­ber. Booth load-out hap­pens at the same loca­tion where you dropped off.

  • Drop-Off A on WEST side of JES: Cor­ner of E. Gill & N. Willow
  • Drop-Off B on EAST side of JES: Cor­ner of N. Jean & E. Gill 
  • Drop-Offs A + B close prompt­ly at 8:00am.

Drop-Off A Vehic­u­lar Flow: east­bound on E. Gill, turn into Jack­son Ele­men­tary School in the car rid­er loop, unload, then fol­low the loop to exit west­bound on E Gill

Drop-Off B Vehic­u­lar Flow: north­bound on N Jean St, turn left into the Bus loop on the east side of Jack­son Ele­men­tary School fol­low the loop then exit south on N Jean St. Drop-Off loca­tions are for loading/​unloading only; no park­ing is allowed at any time at Drop-Off loca­tion. Wil­low St and E Deloney will be closed to traffic.

IMPOR­TANT: No dri­ving on the event site at any time, includ­ing dur­ing booth break­down.
